Rumoo is an AI-powered property analysis platform. It generates informational certificates based on publicly available listing data, AI analysis, and general property knowledge.
Rumoo is not a licensed property inspector, appraiser, real estate agent, financial advisor, or legal advisor. Nothing generated by Rumoo constitutes professional advice of any kind. You use Rumoo output as one input among many in your decision-making process.
You must be 18 or older to use Rumoo. You may not use Rumoo to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent analysis. Agents must hold a valid real estate license in their state and warrant this by signing up for Listing Pro. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell Rumoo output.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Rumoo analysis, scoring systems, and branded terms including RealFeel, Regret Shield, and Listing Pro are proprietary. You may share certificates for personal or professional use but may not reproduce or resell them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rumoo liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for any property decision made in reliance on Rumoo analysis.
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
