All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Property listing data is processed by Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude to generate certificates. This data includes listing URLs, photos, descriptions, and property details. It does not include your name or contact information.
License numbers are collected as a declaration of professional status. They are stored securely and used only for account verification purposes. Rumoo does not independently verify license status with state boards at this time.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your data contact privacy@rumoo.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days. Certificates may be anonymised rather than deleted where required for platform integrity.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and HTTPS-only access. We do not store payment credentials.
