Account information (email, name), housing preferences (intent, lifestyle priorities, emotional sensitivities, practical thresholds), listing data (URLs submitted and AI-generated certificate analysis), agent data (name, brokerage, state license number for agents only), payment data handled entirely by Stripe (we do not store card numbers), usage data (pages visited, certificates generated, timestamps).

Rumoo certificates are generated by artificial intelligence. They are informational tools only. They do not constitute professional property inspection reports, legal advice, financial advice, or appraisals. Always commission a licensed inspector, appraiser, and legal counsel before making any real estate decision. Rumoo makes no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness.
Certificates and analysis are retained indefinitely as part of your account history. Account and preference data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion request. Agent license data is deleted with the agent account.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@rumoo.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Google Gemini (AI analysis), Anthropic Claude (AI interpretation), and Vercel (hosting). Each operates under their own privacy policy.
